Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 3 to 16 years old have been diagnosed with simple adenoid hypertrophy or adenoid tonsil hypertrophy; 2. children with normal cognition, behavior, high degree of cooperation; (3) The children had received conservative treatment for at least 3 months, but it was ineffective;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to cooperate with late follow-up; 2.Those with major underlying diseases; 3. Patients who had previously undergone adenoidectomy; 4. Eustachian tube, nasal cavity, throat congenital developmental malformations
