Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in "Diagnostic Criteria for Cerebrovascular Diseases in China (2019)" , and confirmed by CT or MRI examination; 2.Patient age between 30-75 years old; 3.First episode of stroke; 4.Patients in the recovery phase of stroke, with onset within six months; 5.Right-handed; 6.Capable of independently completing sit-to-stand transfers and walking independently or with assistance for more than 50 meters; 7.Kinesthetic and Visual Imagery Questionnaire (KVIQ-10) score >=25 ; 8.Berg Balance Scale (BBS) score <=45; 9.Successful activation of feedback system imaging before training;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cognitive impairment or aphasia with a MoCA score of less than 10 points; 2.Severe carotid artery stenosis (>90%) or intracranial stenosis (>75%); 3.Attention deficit or unilateral spatial neglect that may interfere with the examination personnel's instructions; 4.Skull defect or post-surgical repair; 5.Severe visual, speech, and hearing impairments; 6.Previous lower limb dysfunction on the affected side that significantly affects walking; 7.Metal implants in the skull; 8.Unstable vital signs; 9.Visual spatial perception disorder; 10.Severe knee pain and patients deemed ineligible for the study by the attending physician.
