Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 80 years, male and female. (2) Coronary angiography and/or IVUS (OCT) test suggesting coronary artery stenosis <70% without interventional intervention. (3) Diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus are in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (2020 edition). (4) Normal left heart function. (5) Volunteerly participated in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Lipid-influencing drugs such as statins and proprietary Chinese medicines with similar efficacy and composition to the study drug had been taken before admission. (2) Presence of non-obstructive acute myocardial infarction such as coronary artery myocardial bridge and coronary artery spasm. (3) Old myocardial infarction, history of coronary artery bypass grafting, history of coronary artery intervention, and combination of other organic heart disease with malignant arrhythmia and heart failure. (4) Combined uncontrolled hypertension blood pressure (systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mmHg) severe liver and kidney insufficiency, tumors, connective tissue disease, blood diseases, trauma, tuberculosis, etc. (5) Allergies, or those with multiple drug-food allergies or known allergies to the study drug (including its constituent components). (6) Patients with missing clinical data as well as loss of visits during follow-up. (7) Patients were emotionally and mentally disturbed, and those with depression were unable to cooperate with the progress of the study.
