18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 70 years old; ?(2) Meets the relevant diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Diagnostic Essentials of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019";? (3) Imaging examinations (CT and/or MRI) confirm the presence of a responsible lesion;? (4) All vital signs are stable, heart rate between 50 and 120 beats per minute, systolic blood pressure between 90 and 140 mmHg, mean arterial pressure between 70 and 105 mmHg, and oxygen saturation of =90%;? (5) Disease course is less than 12 months;? (6) The patient has good cognitive awareness, with a score of =24 on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), and can complete the breathing instruction action normally; ?(7) The patient has signed the informed consent form themselves or has had it signed by a direct relative on their behalf;? (8) All the above inclusion criteria must be met to be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diseases that severely impair the movement of the thoracic wall and ribs, such as scoliosis, flail chest, and spinal internal fixation;? (2) Active bleeding;? (3) Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, and hematopoietic system; ?(4) Those who cannot complete the basic course of treatment, may have poor compliance (i.e., cannot adhere to treatment), and those who are difficult to follow up.
