Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 1 month < Age < 4 years old. (2) Children with congenital heart disease of atrial septal defect undergoing repair surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass. (3) Children with congenital heart disease and ventricular septal defect undergoing repair surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass. (4) The guardians of the patients are informed and have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with complex congenital heart diseases (2) Children with neurological disorders or cranial vascular malformations (3) Children with severe physical growth retardation (4) Children with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension (5) Children with severe cardiac insufficiency (left ventricular ejection fraction < 50%) or heart failure (6) Children with severe right-to-left shunt
