18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative TBIL > 34.2 µmol/L for patients undergoing direct surgery, and >34.2 µmol/L for patients undergoing PBD before drainage. 2. Successfully completed pancreaticoduodenectomy; 3. Postoperative pathological confirmation of malignant tumor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing preoperative biliary drainage in other hospitals; 2. Patients with preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy; 3. Patients with a history of multiple previous abdominal surgeries; 4. Patients who died of other serious diseases after surgery; 5. The number of surgeries completed by the surgeon is less than 50 times; 6. Missing or incomplete clinical data;
