Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: The age ranged from 18 to 45 years 2: Elective surgery under general anesthesia is planned within the next week 3: After fully explaining the content of the clinical trial, those who voluntarily joined and signed the informed consent form 4: Speakers of Mandarin 5: It is a class I or II of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification system 6: The APAIS scale was used to evaluate the patients at baseline before surgery, and the score was greater than 13.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Emergency surgery was performed without preoperative evaluation 2: Impaired cognition or inability to consent 3: Any history of psychological disorders 4: Patients with a history of vestibular dysfunction or motion sickness or audio-visual dysfunction 5: A history of alcohol or drug abuse 6: Have Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or muscular dystrophy
