Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.It met the diagnostic criteria of the 2018 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke and was the first time onset of the disease; 2.Duration of disease <= 6 months, age 40-79 years; 3.Balance function grading in standing position: 1 to 2; 4.No previous history of epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, or severe heart disease; 5.No pacemakers, intracranial metal implants, etc. in the body; 6.No recent use of sleeping medications such as alprazolam, eszopiclam, or clonazepam; 7.Right dominant hand; 8.Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have severe aphasia or cognitive impairment; 2.Comorbidity with other neurological disorders such as Parkinson's and cerebral atrophy; 3.Those with severe combined renal, hepatic, cardiac, hematologic and endocrine system disorders; 4.Have a disease of the inner ear or vestibular system; 5.Unilateral neglect exists; 6.Suffers from severe visual impairment; 7.Those with a history of epilepsy, psychosis, or family history (including febrile convulsions in infancy), or those who have recently taken tricyclics, etc. to lower the threshold for epileptic seizures; 8.History of previous silver-clip cerebral aneurysm ligation, especially old-style arterial clips; 9.Those who were not cooperative with this study.
