Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The interviewees will include the hospital director or the vice director in charge from the selected county-level hospitals, as well as the heads of relevant administrative departments. Additionally, department heads from orthopedics, emergency medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, anesthesiology, and rehabilitation will also be interviewed. 2.Hospital Inclusion Criteria: (1) Hospitals admitting at least 150 older adults with hip fractures per year. (2) County-level public hospitals. (3) Elderly patients with hip fracture were admitted to the same department.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for participants: On maternity leave; Have worked at the institution for less than three months; Unable to sign the written informed consent form. 2.Hospital Exclusion Criteria: Hospitals that have already implemented quality improvement interventions for hip fractures in older adults, including multidisciplinary co-management models.
