Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 25-65 years, diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation. 2.Patients with obvious low back and leg pain as the chief complaint; 3.No indication for lumbar spine surgery; 4.More than one year after lumbar spine surgery; 5.No mental, cognitive, intellectual, visual or hearing impairments; can communicate normally. 6.Patients who signed the informed consent and participated in the study throughout.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Does not meet the diagnostic criteria; 2.Patients who are not suitable for the methods related to this study, have allergies to relevant drugs and alcohol. 3.Patients with severe organic lesions, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4.Patients with cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; 5.Patients who withdrew from the study or were assessed by physicians to switch to other treatment methods. 6.Accompanied by skin diseases or lesions; 7.Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or menstruating; 8.Patients with clear indications for surgery.
