Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-70 years; 2.Disease duration<=40 days at hospital admission; 3.Conform to diagnostic criteria for spinal cord injury (SCI) and not in spinal shock phase; 4.Normal voiding function prior to SCI (satisfactory urination without reflex triggering or external urinary techniques); 5.Diagnosed with neurogenic bladder managed via indwelling catheterization or clean intermittent catheterization (CIC); 6.Signed informed consent obtained from patients or legal guardians.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Other conditions precluding elicitation of H-reflex responses: severe S1 radiculopathy, plexopathies, polyneuropathies, focal neuropathies in lower extremities, and myopathic disorders; 2.Pre-existing central nervous system disorders or systemic diseases potentially causing brain/spinal cord damage; 3.Contraindications for H-reflex testing including electrode allergies, localized skin lesions, or presence of metallic implants; 4.Patients with critical organ dysfunction (cardiac, pulmonary, or cerebral) or malignant neoplasms.
