Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnosis of trauma and seek medical attention within 24 hours after injury; 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.Being conscious and able to communicate normally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with tracheal intubation, consciousness disorders, cognitive impairment, and traumatic brain injury; 2.Patients with multiple organ failure, including heart and lung failure, and malignant tumors.
