Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years at the index date (no upper limit) 2.HER2 overexpressing/amplified breast cancer Stage I-III, regardless of HR status 3.Received >=1 dose of neratinib as extended adjuvant treatment and ended treatment before 30th April 2024

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient was complicated with other primary cancer before the index date; 2.Patient participated in a clinical trial; 3.Concurrent or another previous malignancy within 2 years of study entry; 4.Presence of any contraindication with regard to the neratinib treatment.
