Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Volunteer to participate in this study, and age 18-80 years old; 2 The bowel is well prepared, and the stool is clean.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with a history of intestinal malignancy, inflammatory bowel disease, familial adenomatous polyposis and intestinal surgery; 2 Patients with intestinal tuberculosis, intestinal lymphoma and other blood system diseases; 3 The intestinal tract was well prepared, and the Boston intestinal cleansing score was < 6.
