18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective hepatectomy under general anesthesia ; 2. Age: 18–80 years ; 3. BMI: 18–30 kg/m² ; 4. ASA classification: II or III ; 5. NYHA classification: I or II ; 6. Child-Pugh classification: A or B.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe respiratory diseases, hepatic or renal dysfunction, cerebrovascular diseases, or malignant arrhythmias ; 2. History of psychiatric or neurological disorders (e.g., cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, and depression) ; 3. History of allergies to relevant medications or contraindications.
