Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 years old; 2. Patients undergoing elective surgery; 3. ASAI-IV level; 4. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have any history of neurological and psychiatric disorders; 2. Undergo other general anesthesia surgery within 1 month; 3. Patients with esketamine allergy; 4. Unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction within the past six months; 5. For patients with known episodes of severe angina pectoris in their past medical history; 6. Congestive heart failure; 7. Increased intracranial pressure and central nervous system injury or disease; 8. Liver and kidney dysfunction.
