Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Coronary angiography or interventional treatment via the radial or distal radial artery approach. 2.Coronary artery diagnosis or interventional treatment under the guidance of OCT during the procedure. 3.Patients who are able to complete radial artery OCT examination with clear images. 4.Signed informed consent forms for interventional diagnosis and treatment via the radial or distal radial artery approach, as well as for OCT examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-radial artery approach; 2.Acute myocardial infarction with heart failure (Killip Class II-IV) or cardiogenic shock; 3.Chronic heart failure (New York Heart Association Class II-IV) with ejection fraction < 40%; 4.Left ventricular ejection fraction<= 40%; 5.Creatinine clearance rate <= 60 ml/min; 6.Poor OCT image quality; 7.Refusal to participate in this study; 8.Concurrent malignant tumor.
