Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Undergo a painless colonoscopy. Age> = 65 years. BMI 18-30 kg/m². ASAI.~III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergy to related medications. Basal pulse oximetry < 90%. Severe heart, lung, and kidney disease. Mental disorders. Hyperalgesia or refractory cancer pain. Refusal to sign informed consent.
