Interventions

Goal-Directed Resuscitation Group:First, assess the initial volume status. If any of the following three conditions exist, initiate fluid resuscitation
otherwise, administer 1.0-1.5 mL/kg/h of lactated Ringer's solution (LR) until the patient can tolerate oral feeding for more than 8 hours. ? Insufficient tissue perfusion: lactate > 2 mmol/L
? Blood concentration: Hb or/and HCT higher than normal values
? Hypotension: mean arterial pressure 40 mmHg from baseline. Fluid resuscitation process: First, administer at least 20 mL/kg of lactated Ringer's solution (LR) within 2 hours. Then, evaluate the res
Speed Recovery Group:Firstly, administer a continuous infusion of 1.5 mL/kg/h of Ringer's lactate solution (LR). If there is low blood volume, administer the first dose of 10 mL/kg of rapid infusion w

C. Normal blood volume, continue infusion at a rate of 1.5 mL/kg/h. The above-mentioned liquid resuscitation lasts for 20 hours. If the patien
