Patients with craniocerebral injury

Interventions

Remazolam group:The patient was induced by intravenous injection of toluene sulfonate rimazolam 0.2-0.3 mg/kg anesthesia, and maintained anesthesia with toluene sulfonate and mazolam 0.3-1.0 mg/kg/h.
Propofol group:Induction of anesthesia with propofol 1-1.5 mg/kg intravenously, and maintenance of anesthesia with propofol 410 mg/kg/h.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selective surgery is required under general anesthesia, operation time >1 h, <3 h; 2. Age is 18 to 64 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Body mass index 18.5~29.9kg/m2; 4. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: III to IV; 5. The patient recovers after craniocerebral surgery Period, the condition is stable, and the cardiopulmonary function can still tolerate anesthesia;6. The patient has no history of cold for nearly 2 weeks before the operation; 7. The patient's family voluntarily signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. respiratory complications such as bronchospasm; 2. blood pressure fluctuations exceed 30% of the baseline and need to be maintained with vascular active drugs; 3. No tracheal fistula repair after tracheotomy.
