40 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for TN patients : 1. those with right-handed; those aged between 40 and 70 years old. 2. individuals meeting the International Classification of Headache Disorders criteria 3. those with disease duration exceeding 3 months. Inclusion criteria for healthy control: 1. those with right-handed; those aged between 40 and 70 years old. 2. No vasoactive drugs have been taken in the last three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for TN patients and healthy controls: 1. individuals with secondary intracranial diseases such as tumors or trauma; 2. those with other headache disorders; 3. those with a history of alcohol or drug abuse; 4. those with contraindications to MRI; 5. those using TN-related medications for at least 24 hours prior to MRI scanning.
