Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for patients with type 2 diabetic foot ulcers: (1) Be between the ages of 18 and 80; (2) meet the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes; (3) Wagner grade 1-5 ulcers; (4) The condition requires amputation; (5) Patients and their families are willing to participate in this study. 2. Inclusion Criteria for Acute Trauma Patients: (1) Be between the ages of 18 and 80; (2) acute trauma due to mechanical causes; (3) the condition requires amputation; (4) Patients and their families are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for patients with type 2 diabetic foot ulcers: (1) Other types of diabetes; (2) non-diabetic ulcers (such as malignant ulcers, gouty ulcers, and cryoglobulinemia-related ulcers); (3) malignant tumors; (4) Pregnant or lactating females; (5) mental illness or severe cognitive impairment; (6) Severe liver, respiratory system and central nervous system diseases. 2. Exclusion Criteria for Acute Trauma Patients: (1) Have a history of diabetes; (2) malignant tumors; (3) Pregnant or lactating females; (4) Mental illness or severe cognitive impairment; (5) Severe liver, respiratory system and central nervous system diseases.
