Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with highly myopic macular schisis at our hospital and determined to require surgical treatment during outpatient visits; 2. Patients aged over 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a full-thickness macular hole; 2. Patients with other retinal diseases, such as age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, etc.; 3. History of previous intraocular surgery; 4. Use of silicone oil tamponade during surgery.
