Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Man or woman agingi from 18 to 89; 2. Not taking antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, or other drugs or health supplements that affect gut microbiota in the past four weeks; 3. Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a family history of genetic diseases; 2. Women in pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum period; 3. Suffering from infectious diseases, infectious diseases and parasitic diseases; 4. Suffering from anemia, kidney disease, history of cardiovascular disease, chronic inflammation, mental and behavioral disorders, or neurological disorders; 5. Suffering from blood and hematopoietic organ diseases, as well as certain abnormalities related to immune function; 6. Suffering from tumors or a history of tumors; 7. Suffering from congenital malformations, deformities, and chromosomal abnormalities; 8. Have contraindications or a history of severe allergies to gastrointestinal endoscopy; 9. Individuals who are currently undergoing other clinical studies at the time of enrollment or within 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 10. Patients with poor compliance and difficulty completing follow-up; 11. Researchers believe that there are other reasons why participants are not suitable for inclusion or that they have withdrawn from the trial due to their own reasons; 12. History of FMT treatment;
