Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Han nationality, female, aged 18 or above with a history of sexual life; 2.Subjects who have clinical HPV and TCT test; 3.Subjects with remaining clinical samples after HPV test;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with acute inflammation of the reproductive tract; 2.Subjects with sexual life history, vaginal lavage or local drug administration within 72 hours; 3.Subjects with history of pelvic chemoradiotherapy, cervical surgery or total hysterectomy; 4.Subjects who have or had other cancers (except cervical cancer); 5.Subjects with autoimmune diseases and/or taking immunosuppressants; 6.Subjects with incomplete information, including: HPV test results, TCT test results; age, gravidity, parity and other clinical information; 7.Special populations (those with psychosis, cognitive dysfunction, and pregnant or lactating women).
