Interventions
Control group:Colonoscopy is performed using conventional methods without covering the biopsy hole.
Experimental group:Cover the biopsy wells with enzymatically hydrolyzed gauze.
Negative control group:Biopsy holes were covered with saline gauze.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-90 years, signed informed consent, good bowel preparation quality (no or little fecal residue), diagnostic colonoscopy, and no therapeutic intervention other than colon biopsy (i.e., no polypectomy, hemostasis, and stent placement).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Patients are excluded from the study if they are unwilling to participate, have poor bowel preparation, require therapeutic intervention, or are undergoing emergency surgery.
