Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with cardiac arrest in the emergency departments of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital (main campus, Shijingshan campus, and Changying campus) affiliated with Capital Medical University and its research consortium member units; 2)Patients who have successfully established an advanced airway during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR); 3)Patients aged >18 years; 4)Patients or their legal representatives who have signed the informed consent form and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age < 18 years; 2)Incomplete clinical data or loss to follow-up; 3)No indication for resuscitation upon admission; 4)Failure to establish an advanced airway; 5)Suspected pneumothorax or pregnancy.
