Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 18 years old, gender is not limited; (2) Willing to sign a written informed consent and able to understand and actively cooperate with the informed study requirements; (3) Patients who actively participate in post-treatment follow-up and recurrence monitoring; (4) Patients who are able to urinate normally and provide morning urine samples upon request, and the urine samples are able to extract a sufficient amount of DNA for subsequent sequencing analysis; (5) Patients with bladder cancer detected for the first time without other co-tumors; (6) Patients who have not received anti-tumor therapy before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have taken palliative surgical resection; (2) Patients with active autoimmune disease or a history of autoimmune disease; (3) Patients whose surgically resected tumor tissue is unable to detect mutations in whole-exome sequencing or has less than 20 genes with mutations detected, and who do not meet the criteria for subsequent MRD monitoring even after resampling the sample for testing; (4) Patients with a functional bladder volume of less than 100 mL after surgery; (5) Other situations that the investigators believe may affect the experimental results or are unethical;
