Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade II-III; 2.Age 65-85 years old, BMI18-25kg/m².

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to analgesic or sedative drugs; 2.History of allergic disease or mental illness; 3. Long-term use of sedative or analgesic drugs; 4.Opioid dependence or tolerance; 5. Sinus bradycardia; 6. Craniocerebral injury and intracranial hypertension; 7. Serious heart, lung, liver, renal insufficiency
