Interventions

Experimental group:Patients were given esketamine 0.2 mg/Kg (50 ml, 1 mg/ml) at the time of induction and pumped for 40 min.
Control group:Equal doses of saline were infused at the same rate at induction.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been diagnosed with HIV infection by immunological and virological tests; 2. ASA grade II-III; 3. Age 18~65 years old; 4. Be aware and able to communicate independently; 5. MADRS score on the day before surgery >=22

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, cardiac dysfunction (NYHA cardiac function grade II-III) and other serious systemic diseases; 2. Those with a history of epilepsy; 3. Patients with major depressive disorder who have taken antidepressant medication in the past two weeks; 4. After explanation, the patient did not understand the purpose and significance of the project and did not actively cooperate; 5. Inability to sign informed consent; 6. Drug abuse and drug abuse; 7. Estimated anesthesia time< 1 hour; 8. Pregnant or lactating patients 9. Those who are allergic to the test drug.
