Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 30 years old, no gender restriction; 2.According to the criteria of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (Third Edition), OSA was diagnosed using nocturnal polysomnography, and NAFLD was diagnosed using abdominal ultrasonography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with significant alcohol consumption (males > 30 grams/day, females > 20 grams/day); 2.Individuals with incomplete information on abdominal ultrasound, fasting blood glucose, fasting triglycerides, or covariates (age, gender, BMI, smoking status, hypertension, and diabetes).
