Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Schools with no less than 200 students; (2) Age range: children and adolescents between 9 and 18 years old, their teachers and parents, members of the hospitals and the communities; (3) Individuals and their teachers and parents, and members of the hospitals and the communities who are willing to sign informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Refuse to sign the informed consent forms; (2) Special education schools.
