Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years 2. Perioperative patients of solid organ transplantation 3. Patients with postoperative MDRO infection, 4. Eravacycline treatment > 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Retrospective comprehensive diagnosis of non-infectious disease; 2. Incomplete medical records; 3. Consider specimen leakage or contamination.
