Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracerebral hemorrhage meet the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage (2019) and are confirmed by cerebral CT. 2. Complies with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 confirmed by CT or MRI as cerebral infarction; 3. meet the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnostic criteria of apoplexy; 4. The duration of the disease is 1-12 months; 5. have normal and stable vital signs; 6. >=18 years old; 7. Cognitive function was normal and the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 24; 8. have a willingness and ability to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unconsciousness and severe cognitive impairment; 2. severe dysarthria severe aphasia; 3. Acute diseases of heart brain kidney and other organs; 4. trunk skin damage; 5. serious psychological disorders 6. incapable of completing 40-min speech breathing training;
