Study Groups:The olecranon fracture was fixed with the olecranon polyaxial locking plate.
Control group:The olecranon fracture was fixed with olecranon compression locking plate.

20 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients are from 20 to 90 years old and are unlimited in gender.(2)Fresh closed fracture, classified as Mayo type II fracture.(3)Understand the condition and agree to perform the multidimensional locking plate of the ulnar eagle beak.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Open fracture of the olecranon of the ulna. (2) There are contraindications for surgery. (3) Preoperative complications or severe deformities of elbow disease affect prognosis evaluation. (4) Merge ulnar coronoid process fracture or elbow dislocation. (5) Pathological fracture.
