Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The average daily sitting time in the past six months is greater than 6 hours, and the average weekly time of moderate-intensity physical activity is less than 125 minutes or less than 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity as assessed by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire; BMI greater than 20 kg/m², age 18-50 years old; The change in body weight in the last six months is less than 3 kg; Unlimited eating or other types of fasting habits, such as alternate-day fasting, simulated fasting diets; No cardiovascular and metabolic diseases such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, chronic kidney disease, coronary heart disease, stroke, etc.; No movement disorder-related diseases, no history of sports injuries in the past six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body weight greater than 100 kg; Have used weight loss drugs or dietary supplements in the past six months, and have used hormone drugs; Abnormal liver and kidney function were found by laboratory examination; Females who are pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant in the near future; Unable to use smartphones and sports bracelets proficiently after training; Other conditions judged by the investigators to be inappropriate to participate in this study.
