Non-puffy eyelid group:Double eyelid blepharoplasty,orbital septum fat was not removed intraoperatively
Puffy eyelid group:Double eyelid blepharoplasty,part of orbital septum fat was removed during operation for volume reduction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study group of influencing factors of double eyelid width Inclusion Criteria: (1) More than 6 months after double blepharoplasty; (2) Age 18-35 years old; (3) No obvious proptosis; (4) The levator muscle strength is normal; (5) The double eyelid fold is bilaterally symmetrical and smooth; (6) Subjects are willing and sign the informed consent form; Upper eyelid tissue volume on the prognosis of double blepharoplasty study group Inclusion Criteria: (1) Single eyelid, female (2) Age 18-35 years old (3) No obvious proptosis (4) The levator muscle strength is normal (5) Subjects voluntarily and signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study group of influencing factors of double eyelid width Exclusion Criteria: (1) After double blepharoplasty (2) After ptosis correction (3) History of hyperthyroidism and periorbital disease (4) The inclination angle of the lateral canthus is less than 5° (5) Severe epicanthal folds (6) Habitual frowning (7) Do not agree to undergo ultrasound examination Upper eyelid tissue volume on the prognosis of double blepharoplasty study group Exclusion Criteria: (1) History of previous eyelid surgery (2) History of hyperthyroidism and periorbital disease (3) Severe epicanthal folds (4) Upper eyelid skin is lax (5) The angle of inclination of the lateral canthus is less than 5° (the angle between the line between the inner and outer canthus and the horizontal plane) (6)Less than 1)Narrow eyebrow spacing (the ratio of the distance between the lower brow and the upper eyelid margin to the height of the palpebral fissure is less than 1) (7) Habitual eyebrow raising (involuntary frowning during opening eyes or communicating with others) (8) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, liver diseases and other serious diseases (9) Unable to be followed up for more than 12 months or withdrawn halfway
