Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 100 patients with endotracheal intubation combined with enteral nutrition (endotracheal intubation duration more than 48 hours) were screened and hospitalized for 1-14 days, ranging in age from 30-70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with respiratory infection, immune deficiency, history of airway surgery and gastroesophageal reflux prior to admission were excluded.
