Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male aged 18-65; 2. Patients diagnosed with hyperuricemia refer to the fasting test of blood uric acid > 420µmol/L (7mg/dl) twice on the same day under normal purine diet 3. As judged by the physician, it is currently necessary to use febuxostat 40mg once a day to start regular uric acid-lowering drug treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of drugs that may affect uric acid within 2 weeks before enrollment, including: benzbromarone, allopurinol, febuxostat, etc.; 2. Severe hepatic insufficiency or kidney disease (AST or ALT > 3 times the upper limit of normal, or eGFR <30ml/min/1.73m2); 3. If other drugs are used in combination, the drug dose should be kept stable for three months before enrollment; 4. Unable to cooperate with regular self-monitoring of uric acid.
