Experimental group ( clicking the teeth group):The patient clicking the upper and lower teeth 30 every time.No more than 2 minutes at each time and 3 times a day (morning, noon, evening).
Control group:Only brush teeth and floss.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Periodontitis (stage I and stage II) patients need to meet the following inclusion criteria: 1) Age is greater than 18 (including 18 years old), and gender is not limited; 2) At least 20 natural teeth are retained in the mouth, without tooth loss due to periodontitis; 3) The heaviest CAL site on the adjacent surface is 1-4mm; 4) Periodontal exploration depth of 5mm; 5) Imaging bone loss is located in 1 / 3 of the root and crown square, mainly caused by horizontal bone resorption; 6) No periodontal treatment in the last three months; 7) Did not take antibiotics in the past one month; 8) Clear awareness, able to answer correctly, able to cooperate with the research, 9) Voluntary participation and the signing of the informed consent form 10) Be able to understand and master the essentials of percussion teeth, and have good compliance Patients with chronic gingivitis should meet the following inclusion criteria: 1) Age is greater than 18 (including 18 years old), and gender is not limited; 2) Keep at least 20 natural teeth in the mouth; 3) Chronic gingivitis was diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria; 4) No periodontal treatment in the last three months; 5) Did not take antibiotics in the past one month; 6) Clear consciousness, able to answer correctly, able to cooperate with the research, 7) Voluntary participation and the signing of the informed consent form 8) Be able to understand and master the essentials of percussion teeth, and have good compliance
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) There are acute infection areas in the mouth, such as acute pulpitis, periapical periodontitis, periodontal abscess, gap infection, etc.; 2) Women with a recent fever, allergies, alcoholism, pregnancy or breastfeeding; 3) Salivary gland diseases such as salivary gland stones, inflammation of salivary gland or salivary gland tumors; 4) Dry eromouth patients; 5) HIV or active HBV or HCV infection; 6) Patients treated with immunosuppressive therapy; 7) Having a hemorrhagic disease; 8) Patients with malignant tumours; 9) Chronic renal failure or liver cirrhosis; 10) Take drugs that affect bone metabolism or the gums; 11) Other patients considered unsuitable by the investigator.
