18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 to 35 years old; 2. Singleton pregnancy was diagnosed within 8 weeks of gestation; 3. Willingness to cooperate: subjects were required to participate in the study voluntarily and sign an informed consent form after fully understanding the content of the study. Willingness to follow study requirements, including regular follow-up and data collection;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe chronic medical conditions prior to pregnancy (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, thalassemia); 2.Can not adherence to the study protocol; 3.Not applicable for height 125kg;
