18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Combined with symptoms, signs and imaging manifestations, the diagnosis of CSCIWFD; 2. The compression segment is C3~C6, and the C6/7 compression is light or without compression; 3. Adult patients aged 18~85 years; 4. The medical records were complete, and the follow-up time was >=12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous posterior cervical spine surgery; 2. Accompanied by cervical kyphotic deformity and cervical instability; 3. Inability to tolerate surgery or refusal of surgical treatment.
