Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a history of severe cerebrovascular diseases in the past (such as large-area cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage); 2. Having a history of other malignant tumors in the past; 3. Having a history of interstitial lung disease, drug-induced interstitial disease, radiation pneumonitis requiring hormone treatment, or any active interstitial lung disease with clinical evidence in the past; Patients with uncontrollable hemoptysis and gastrointestinal ulcers; 4.
