Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for mild to moderate depressive episodes of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision (ICD-10); (2) Age 18~60 years old, gender is not limited; (3) HAMD24 score of 20~35 points; (4) the use of single-medication monotherapy with first-line antidepressant selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) according to expert recommendations for the treatment and management of depression (2022) and depression treatment guidelines; (5) No audio-visual impairment, able to cooperate with the completion of the scale survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Electroconvulsive therapy is proposed; (2) Patients with cerebral organic diseases or obvious somatic diseases; (3) concomitant psychoactive substance dependence; (4) Pregnant, lactating and menopausal patients; (5) Those who have obvious suicidal tendencies.
