Traditional Experience Group:For female patients, 1.52 Fr for models with a height of 1.60 m
For male patients, 1.60 m 1.70 m tall model is 41 Fr. Since there is no 41Fr left DLT in our hospital, the maximum model of left DLT in this study is 39 Fr.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing chest surgery, ASAI-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, lung or systemic infection, empyema, pulmonary function examination showing moderate to severe respiratory dysfunction, difficult airway (tumor invasion in the main airway, trachea or bronchus deformation, compression, deformity and displacement, etc.), Preoperative severe pneumothorax, severe bullae, tracheotomy within 7 days, carina less than 2cm from the opening of the right main bronchus, emergency surgery, and refusal to participate in the study.
