Heat preservation group:Active heat preservation was performed on patients during operation.
Control group:Routine heat preservation was performed on patients during operation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years old; 2. Fissile phenotype (FP)>=3 and 2 hours. 6. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with the completion of the scale; 2. Emergency operation; 3. Patients with cerebrovascular disease; 4. Clear evidence confirmed hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism, blood system diseases, hypothalamic diseases, infections and other body temperature abnormalities; 5. Patients with a history of immune system disorders; 6. Raynaud's disease; 7. Active hypothermia was used during the operation.
