Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged > 18 years in the database; 2. Meet the criteria for sepsis 3.0; Sepsis 3.0 is defined as: patients with documented or suspected infection; Acute increase in Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA) score >=2 points; Patients given antibiotic prescription and body fluid sampling for microbial culture after suspected infection. 3. Meet the criteria for invasive fungal infection: Patients with positive fungal culture of sterile specimens by needle aspiration or biopsy, accompanied by clinical symptoms; Patients with sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid aspirate, microscopic examination, or culture of Aspergillus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ICU hospitalization < 24 hours; 2. Patients with missing clinical data within 24 hours of admission. 3. For patients admitted to the ICU multiple times, only the data of the first fungal infection admission during the ICU hospitalization were included.
