Interventions

Noise isolation group:Patients wear earplugs to block noise during surgery and during sleep for three days after surgery.
Control group:Subjects do not receive noise isolation treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Signed informed consent; (2) Age greater than 40 years old; (3) ASA grade II~III; (4) Patients who are going to undergo elective ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) ASA > Class III; (2) patients with hearing impairment; (3) History of analgesic dependence; (4) Patients with dementia or cognitive dysfunction (positive CAM scale, MMSE scale score less than 24 points); (5) Any cerebrovascular accident within 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc.; (6) Any person who has difficulty communicating.
