Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >=60 years; more than 5 years after cancer diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A score of <8 points in the Geriatric Rapid Assessment Measure or diagnosed with moderate to severe cognitive impairment; participants have undergone other psychological treatments in the past six months or are currently undergoing other psychological treatments.
