Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Screen out all patients who underwent non-cardiac surgery anesthesia at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022; age >= 75 years; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I to III; with preoperative and creatinine values within one week after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of chronic kidney disease or receiving renal replacement therapy; those with autoimmune diseases; New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional classification >= III, Child-Pugh classification of liver function >= C, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) or receiving ventilator support treatment within the past month; major surgery or unplanned reoperation within the past month; preoperative AKI; or incomplete key clinical data.
